Singer and producer moves into the real estate business as he buys a new Range Rover.

Singer, music producer and mixer Sheyman has opened a music studio in Lekki, Lagos reportedly worth millions of Naira.

The 'Celebrate' singer has also revealed that he will be diversifying into property business. According to Sheyman, the brand name “Phatbase now has a broader scope with inroads into other spheres of life aside entertainment business.”

He has teamed up with investors to form Phatbase Property & Construction Company. which will focus on the sale of houses.

As Sheyman's opens up a new business he has bought a 2015 Range Rover Vogue 2015 Autobiography. The car is reportedly worth £100,000 (28 million Naira).
