What a shameful act!…A local government in western Bolivia has become embroiled in a scandalous affair after a couple were caught having s=ex in the council building.

The couple were filmed enjoying themselves in several locations at the offices of the local council in the central west city of Oruro. The man is reportedly a civil servant, and the woman a former government employee, local media reports.
