Nigerian singer, Ice Prince has suddenly become the number one trending topic on Twitter for defending his Nigerian-Ghanaian girlfriend, Maima Nkewa, following cheating allegations.

The drama began after allegations were leveled against Maima, stating that she had been cheating on Ice Prince, with a Yoruba married man named Akinbode.

The situation escalated when pictures surfaced of the so called, Abuja big boy, with Maima at different locations hinting at vacation getaways.

 

Following the picture proofs, Ice Prince, posted tweets that hinted at his breaking up with Maima yesterday, January 18.

In a shocking change of events, the singer posted new tweets today, defending her against the allegations, making it clear that she "is beautiful but not a hoe."

Now, Nigerian Twitter users have begun what they do best, shading the singer for standing up for Maima.
